You'll partner with others to practice these techniques, ensuring they become lifelong habits.

Where and How Long?

Workshops can be onsite, offsite, or even in nature. I plan everything, offering experiences from half-day sessions to 2-3 day retreats, combined with activities like hiking or cultural visits.

The 21-Day Challenge Journal
If you don't set the tone of your day, who will? 

 

This spiral-bound journal is a gift for every participant in the challenge. Its purpose is to help participants stay committed to their goals and keep track of their progress. The journal prompts users twice a day to start journaling - a practice followed by many successful entrepreneurs, scientists, and other creative individuals for centuries to keep their ideas focused and organized.
